Bob was the agent I chose to sell my mother's house of 52 years. He definitely understood how hard it was for my mother to leave her home. He went out of his way to explain and/handle opens and potential buyers Bob answered all questions, returned my phone calls quickly, and knows his market. Recently we had the fun experience of selling the first house we had purchased. This is a bit overwhelming and scary.
We had our house listed with one Realtor for a three-month contract and really had no one interested in it.
